33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra. Pours ruby with a thin pink head. A lot of tiny bubbles on the inside of the glass. Aroma of blackberries, cherries and other red fruits. Taste is really sweet with some hidden bitterness. Not realy bad too sweet, too fruit juice alike and too boozy.

I liked this a lot better than I expected. Beautiful deep reddish amber with a thin lacy tan head. Very strong cherry aroma and sweet and sour taste. Like a cherry hard candy. Good dessert beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Corked and caged 25.4 oz bottle, either the first or second beer Iíve had with Stevia listed on the label as an ingredient. Nose is heavy cherries and miscellaneous íotherí fruit, dusty and lightly artificial, very sweet but also expecting some nice tartness from the cherries. Pours deep red, darker than fresh blood, with a candyish light pink head. Taste is strongly tart without puckering or burning with acidity; not super sweet but the sweetness that is there is very sugary and doesnít feel particularly good on the teeth. Acceptable cherry flavor but doesnít really get into the trenches, though all ideas of a base ale are utterly shattered, thereís no sign of anything other than the additives (cherry and sugar). Medium body, alcohol dangerously well-tamed, just a touch of almond for interest. Not terribly crisp, but at least itís not heavy, and it manages to still the thirst.

Bottle: Poured a mahogany red with a white red frothy head. Aroma is berry with sour notes. Taste is fruity berries with some metallic bits and tart finish.

Based on its pedigree, I really wanted to like this, and I finished it all hoping it would get better, but it never did. Not the strong cherry sweetness one would expect, but the dark fruit was there.... along with something else that I just canít put my finger, or tongue on. A muskiness, almost bordering on a spoiled sensation was quite off putting.

Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer is darkly red colored with a nice and stable head, CO2 is also good. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond, mild sour cherries and cherries. Sweet and soft fruity onset, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. The finish is slightly sour, resounding and one-sided. Not exactly my type of beer, but I believe itís nice to serve after a dessert.

330ml bottle (Koht Birthday Auction, Tallinn)
Pleasant fresh cherry juice aroma, sweet. Pink, cloudy, frothy head. Light palate, sweet, pleasant carbonation. Fruity sweet cherry taste, but not sticky. Highly drinkable, doesnít show its alcohol at all. Some artificial sweetener. Finish has cranberry juice. Better than Kasteel Rouge in the strong sweet cherry beer arena.

11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured dark, reddish brown, small pink head and spotty lacing all over the glass. Aroma of cherry syrup, and some yeast. Taste is sweet, quite sweet, a touch of zest, sort of sour, quite sticky, lots of cherry all trough. Glad I tried but it maybe a one time deal for me.

330, capped and foiled. Thanks A! Pours a murky garnet with a creamy pink head that goes away. Big sticky sweet synthetic candy cherry nose, which carries through into a similarly flavored mid palate thatís sticky and syrupy. This one is made for blending into chocolatey beers. Not very pleasant on its own.

Foiled Dilirium trademark look bottle poured. Pours a deep dark red with a filmy head to it. Overly sweet cherry aroma with a touch of bread. Super sugar sweet candy cherry flavor thatís a bit too much at first, but for me this beer continental to grow on me throughout. A bit of a more mellow berry like finish. Ton of sweet fruit flavor. Surprised itís this high in ABV. Iíd drink this again for sure.

Donker rood bier zonder schuim. Smaak is licht zoetzuur en fruitig, kersen en inderdaad amandel. Blijft redelijk hangen. Erg zwaar voor een fruitbier.
