Een paar slokken waren voldoende om te weten dat dit niets voor mij is. Eerder een kersenfrisdrank dan bier, in mijn ogen. Aroma is een overdaad aan kersen en suikers. De roze schuimkraag maakt het af.

Sampled at ESBLS. Red in color. Three words: Ludens Cough Drops. That was the taste to me. I used to eat those as candy and not for a cough. No alcohol tasted.

Pours a deep red, almost opaque with a thin pinkish head. Very nice aroma of sour cherries. This is the best of the beers that I sampled tonight. The balance of sweet and sour and texture and flavor was perfect. Nice lingering flavor with no harsh aftertaste or alcohol burn. I enjoyed this a lot and so did the others with me. Definitely on my shopping list next time I go looking.

Taster at the cafe. 2.5€ 8% It poured deep red with a pinkish head. It has a sweet cherry juice aroma. Light bodied, sweet cherry and caramel flavor. While candyish it’s not terrible.

330ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours hazy dark red with a thick pinkish head. Aroma of sweet cherry and almonds. Taste is sweet and sour cherry, alcohol is very well masked.

Pours cloudy red. Smells very sweet and slightly rotten. Tastes good tho! Kinda meaty. Like the framboise lambic but a little more malty.

2 33cl bottles, shared with friends. Pours red/garnet with small pinkish head. Good lacing. Smells like a strawberry icecream with some sour. The flavour is candy and cherries. Slightly sour on the palate, a bit too cloying regarding sweetness. Medium body, good carbonation. Drinkable, not the kind of beer I’d usually have though.

Slight bitter taste, sweet-sour cherries. Nice red colour, smell is sweet. Not too carbonated, tingely on the toungue, bit sticky to the mouth.

Botella. Curiosa.

Taste 2 times, first @ Horeca Expo end nov. 2011 from bottle. Hazy red color, with a frothy off-white head. Aroma: sweet, fruits, artificial cherry, sweet raspberry, berry juice. Medium body. Taste: very sweet, artificial fruits juice. Don’t like this.
