Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of PeaceRich. Pours a cloudy red with a rough pinkish head. Sticky sweet cherry aroma. Medium body, extremely sweet cherry accents, some almond too. Slightly metallic. Cloyingly sweet finish. I couldn’t finish a full bottle of this. 290311

Hazy red beer, short lived pink head! Smooth palate. Nose and taste of sharp Morello Cherry. Like a cheap cherry liquer. All right though!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Light reddish brown with a pinkish finger-thick white head. It’s pretty cherryish on the nose, in an artificial way, with almond and white sugar. The flavor has raspberry, cherry, some almond and lots of sweetness. It also has that pleasant touch of cigar, cellar and dark sugars I appreciate about some Belgian beers. Medium to full body, almost sticky on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting artificial and sweet berry finish. Sort of good, but way, way to artificial and sweet. 140713

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can from Carrefour Calais and drunk at home. Very dark brown red with a thin beige head. Artificial red fruit aroma. But not overly sweet. Artificial cherry aroma. Yes some sweetness. It’s a bit of fun, but not really a beer.

33cl bottle from Utobeer. Why I let Richard from Uto persuade me to buy this I’m not quite sure. I’m not even the first one to rate it now. Very hazy deep red in the colour with a thick frothy pink head. ARoma of sweet artificial cherry. It has some beer mouthfeel in the mouth, but mostly artificial sweet cherry. No bad or poor flavours, just the fruit is just not right. But mostly drinkable.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, 8%. Marzipan and red berry aroma. Clear deep red colour. Small light pink head. The flavour is very sweet, even sugary. The flavour is mostly raspberry, but the finish might be more of cherry. Without the fat oily cherry flavour, though.
