Colour and sight: Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Flavour: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Draught at Friends of Ham. I like almost all fruit beers but this one was sickening. It was like drinking kool aid filled with excess sugar and spiked with alcohol. It was refreshing but Would have happily traded this for my husband’s Kernel.

0,33L bottle (from SIP, Tallinn). Pours dark red with pink head. The small head stays for some moments. Aroma is sweet and sour, cherries, some metallic notes. Flavor is very sweet, cherries, malt, metallic notes. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: good brew.

Pours reddish purple with a pink head. The aroma has lots of rich cherries, sweetness, ludens cough drops, abbey yeast smoothness and pretty lush. It has a fairly full body with a good amount of somewhat soft carbonation. The flavor starts with the aroma notes along with a touch of pepper, lush cherries and some tartness. The finish has more of the cough syrup aspect. Not my favorite.

Poured from a bottle. Dark red appearance, decent lacing. Decent aroma, but the taste is almost sickly sweet. Like cherry syrup. Not a fan.

Slightly sour aroma with hints of Belgian yeast, and Cherries, pours a clear red wine color without much head. Taste of cherries and a hint of Belgian yeast. Medium body with a slightly sour fruit finish.

The beer pours a very clear red with a small pinkish head, and the aroma blends sour cherries, light chocolate malts, and fruity sweetness, and the taste is balanced between mild sweetness and mild sourness with a touch of umami. The aftertaste maintains the cherry flavor without the sourness, and the palate has a thin and slick texture, medium-light body, and a soft carbonation.

Aromatizzata alla ciliegia, rossa con schiuma rosa molto persistene e cremosa. Da bere una volta, poi stanca.

Robe pourpre, limpide. Pas de mousse. Arômes de fruits rouges bien présents. Légèrement biscuit sur la fin. Pas de texture. Assez courte en bouche. Elle serait bonne si elle était moins édulcorée. Une bière de fille parmi d’autres...

Deep red with a pink head. Sweet, cherry, juicy, artificial aroma. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with strong notes of cherrys. Very artificial.

10oz? pour at St. Arnold’s Mussel Bar in Washington DC. Poured a slightly red color with a fluffy light pink head. Aroma was light cherry skins, notable aromas that strike me of regular Delirium as well. Flavor was light cherry funk, perhaps a bit medicinal to some, as it does remind me a bit of Dr. Pepper or cherry diet coke. Alcohol is better masked than most of this brewery’s other offerings.
