Botella 33 cl tomada en el momento en llamas 30..10..2015. (r428).

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark red with a small white head and a sweet aroma of ripe fruit, mainly cherries, not much more to smell. The taste is really sweet with some sour notes in the finish. Quite 1-dimensional.

Well it’s actually quite ok. It’s even better than I thought it will be. Intensive cherry notes, sweet and sour in the taste, same in aroma. Pleasant mouth feel, nice looking. It really is like a dessert.

Pours dark red with a minimal pink head. The aroma contains cherries, raspberries, other red fruits and sugar. It tastes heavy sweet to light sour. Sticky on the tongue with mild carbonation. Tastes nice but lacks depth in the aroma. This brewery can do better.

Hazy, red colour. Quite thin head. Sour at first. Berries and vanilla in the middle. Quite sweet. Sweetness starts to dominate. Some berries and brown sugar in the aftertaste. Not a mindblower. Quite messy even. However fits to be a desert.

Aroma is slightly faint cherries/berries and malts. The flavor is cherries, malts, fruit and a mild/medium sweet/very slightly bland finish.

Chestnut brown with red highlights, nice head. Strong aroma of wood and cherries. The taste is fruit with a nice sour kick...but wait, no....there’s no sour. It’s just sweet cherry. It almost takes like it wants some sour vinegar. But no. It’s still okay, but. Okay, but could have been better.
