4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle: Poured a cloudy pale gold with a medium head. The aroma reminded me very much of an aromatic white wine; grapey, citrusy, some pine notes, typical spiceyness and malts - very nice. Flavour was dominated by wheatyness with some caramelised malts and faint citrus notes. Lively carbonation and bitterness, with a medium body. Would be excellent in food matches that typically call for medium to full bodied aromatic whites wines. Very good.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
I gotta say I really like this beer. It has the quintessential Belgian aroma; yeasty and sweet. With just the right amount of carbonation, a delicious full flavor, potent alcohol content, and a unique bottle to boot, this is a real winner.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma seems to mellow at 5th or 6th whiff. At first harsh, then Caramel malts come through. Not a very attractive beer aesthetically. Huge particalia and dirty blonde hues make this look like dishwater or tobacco juice. Thin, white head. A rich, warming flavor greets the palate at first sip. The alcohol is noticeable, but not hit you over the head noticeable. My experience with Delirium Noel was more the latter, so I was expecting more of the same with this one. The flavors seem a bit confused; there is a lot going on here and it doesn’t come together all that well. Not exactly a session brew, but a nice winter warmer which I am enjoying in, uh, July.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
cloudy blonde w/fruity-citrusy aroma, light head, sweet w/a slight bitterness. not to bad, it was OK. it could be better if it had a bit more bitterness to it?

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured a golden color, or orange maybe, and aroma was very citrusy, and pineapple I believe. Taste was a little too sweet for my liking but still a very drinkable beer, and still gets a good rating.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a cloudy orange color with an averaged sized head. Aromas and tastes of spices, fruits and citris. Very light malts that I can detect. Light bitterness.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Orange body with a thin dense head. Tastes like blood and orange juice mixed together and garnished with cherries. Too much carbonation. Too sweet. A little bitter and metallic. I absoultley do not like this. Period.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
bottle. pours a cloudy orange with a billowing white head. a very pretty pour. orange aroma with hints of pine. if this has any malt in it i haven’t found it yet. also has a wet grass smell. O.k i found the malt in the tatste, but the bitter hop is the dominant flavor. vanilla and pepper notes also. there is a lot going on in this. nice citrus finish that leaves a creamy feeling on the tongue. this is nice.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A very tasty Belgian brew. Excellent lacing and appearance. Head stays intact for a long time. Has a nice, vanilla-ish flavor, fairly malty overall. A little thinner than I would like for a tripel, but very good overall.
