Older bottle, not sure of the age. Hazy tannish yellow with large chunks of yeast floating about. Small but very persistent head with very fine bubbles. Doughy aroma with bubblegum, banana, light candi sugar, and fruity notes. Sweet malt and saison like yeast, light banana, and fruit in the flavor. The finish is abrupt, fairly dry, and lets out a little lemon and warming alcohol. Medium body with mellow carbonation.

Found my notes. Just numbers. No taste notes. Bummer. I remember liking it, and that it was much better than the miserable beer I had before it. Lol. That’s all I got for ya folks!
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 ADfan (205) - Orange County, California, USA - OCT 28, 2011
Tasty beer. Hazy dark yellow color in the glass with a medium head. Aroma has some citrus with some floral notes. Taste has apricots and other fruit and a slight bitterness. Easy drinking beer that hides the high alcohol content.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 Swaroga (255) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 28, 2011
33cl bottle. Pours a yellow with a very big, snowy head. The head goes slowly down but don’t disappear. The beer is hazy and with lot’s of yeast bits in it. Nose : Strong yeast smell but not annoying. Raspberry notes are the dominating fruit aromas. Alcohol. Sip : The body is still working with yeast carbonation while you swallow. The alcohol isn’t hidden but it’s well balanced with the sourness of the yeast. Raspberry is in there but it’s no fruit beer ; far from it. I like when sourness fights with the strong alcohol. Overall it’s a very yeasty beer with distinctive bubblegum fruit aromas. High alcohol and the lively yeast can make you drunk really quickly ; now I know why they call it Delirium Tremens.
0.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 Cunningham (1754) - Halden, NORWAY - OCT 27, 2011
UPDATED: JAN 31, 2012 Bottle in Paris. It had such a lovely colour and I did not want tha standard french lagers. But I quickly changed my mind.....
Golden colour with a big white head. Very fruity and lots of alcohol aroma. Massive alcohol and sweetness.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 HefeMonster (12) - Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG - OCT 22, 2011
Pours a light, dirty golden colour. The yeasty smell isn’t the best but the robust nutty, caramel flour is great. A good amount of alcohol in the finish but lighter than I was expecting for a 8.5% beer. Overall, I didn’t have big expectations as the bottle looked slightly gimmicky but I was impressed.

Van de tap. Helder warm goudkleurig met een redelijke witte kraag. Iets zoet en licht zurig. Weinig smaak verder. Een behoorlijke tegenvaller.
