3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 michael-pollack (4876) - King of Prussia, USA - MAR 3, 2007
12oz. Bottle: Moderately sweet aroma. Smells a lot like a Hefeweizen. Aroma of banana, coriander, spices, and yeast. Poured golden in color with a big, frothy, foamy, white head that lasted throughout. Excellent lacing. Lightly cloudy. Full of floating particles. Very sparkling. Flavor is quite sweet. Lots of spices, mild fruits like banana and pear, malt, and yeast. Flavor is more like a Wit or Hefe. Full body. Thick texture. Lively carbonation. Finish starts out sweet but gets a little dry and bitter and yeasty. Overall, a grerat looking beer that is a little too sweet at times. Like a amped up Hefeweizen.

Big aroma of yeast, very zesty with a nice warm undertone of alcohol. Extremly high carbonation at 1st which makes the beer lively but as the carbonation begins to fade and as the beer begin to disappear along with the alcohol a pleasant mellow feeling takes over. Nice beer.
