Poured a slight cloudy golden with huge white head. Aroma is fruits and yeast. Mouthfeel is carbonated and almost watery. I expected opposite of this when I pured this beer. Taste is nice. Has yeast and fruits taste, nothing too complex but balences the alcohol nicely.

Aug 30, 2008 Pours a cloudy pale. Yellowish. Super creamy head that flows out of the bottle during the pop, without even shaking it. Smells and looks like a hefeweizen. Tastes banana, tropical. Citric. Extremely refreshing, great summer beer.

Aug 29, 2008 A lovely double wit-type belgian, a light golden white body with a gushing head, some haziness, and yeast floaters, nose of fruity yeast esters, some citrus spice and bread... clean flavors that are advertised by the aroma, easily goes down, no detectible alchohol intrusions... a lovely beer altogether.

Aug 29, 2008 Bottled, cork marked 2007. Pours clear, golden, fine white head. Nose is yeasty, spicy, estery. Flavor is citrus (lemon), yeast (brett-like), and tart with a dry finish. Just a hint of alcohol at the end.

Aug 28, 2008 the great standard of Belgian beer, its rich and strong with a high Alcohol content, at the n it has a slightly tangy taste. this is beer that will convert all macro-swillers.

Aug 26, 2008 750 from River City Cellars, Richmond. Golden to orange pour, slightly cloudy body with an estimable frothy head. Slightly sweet aroma balanced out by some nice spices and earthy flavors in the taste. The mouthfeel is nice and full, with some hops giving it liveliness and a nice peppery finish that complements the yeast.
