Barrel at Chelmsford Beer Festival. Pale colour. juicy and nutty and bordering on the medium sweet side. Mellow and drinkable.

Mar 21, 2007 Cask handpull at Waggon and Horses, Essex. Very pale crystal clear yellow/green colour. Almost silvery. Apple fruit juice in mouth. Bit of peanut butter coming from somewhere. Certainly nutty. Moderate juice in mouth. Some apple on end. Not really dry, but there is a certain puckering in the mouth towards the finish, so medium dry? Good to see a real local cider on at this pub. It has some character, nutty dry finish keeps you interested. 7% and frankly I never noticed.
