Found at the Grande Epicerie de Paris, plenty of bottles on the shelf there. Pours very nicely with a foggy orange and huge head. Aroma of nuts and malts. Taste is much the same, lots of nutty notes and malts, spicy alcohol finish. Really nice, in fact.

Bottle from Grand Epicerie in Paris. Smells a bit like apples. Looks like it will taste like homebrew, looks like opaque apple cider. But it tastes surprisingly good. Like a caramel apple. Very good for a French beer! The description on the label is hilarious. In addition to having "all the spirit of sports in it, this beer, between its force and courage, will shock you with its power and seduce you with the finesse it’s flavor. Share it at your most beautiful meetings." Who says the French can’t understand beer.

Bottle 33cl @ bon Marché. An amber beer with medium head. Smell is caramel like and malty. Aroma is very malty and cereal like and also fruity, good body. Good beer typically french in the malty/cereal presence.

Bottle from La Soif du Malt. Hazy amber gold color with a large beige head. Aromas of caramel and light fruit. Near medium body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is caramel, citrus and light stone fruit. It is so dry. There’s bitter in the finish. There’s a hop or herb flavor that does not seem familiar. Everybody should try it once, at least.
