Sep 11, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a fizzy white head. Mild fruity and light cornish aroma. Light fruity and mild sweet initial flavour. Goes into a more bitter flavour towards the finish. Bitter and dry finish, light fruity note into the far finish.

Aug 20, 2007 Draught at BBF07 as Demmert Öko-Hell. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable white head. OK flavour, some good yeast notes, slightly rough bitterness. Medium to high bitterness. OK standard Helles.
