It is warm golden with an OK head. The aroma is very pleasant and inviting with notes of caramel, malt and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of fruit, caramel and malt. The body is very full and the balance is good in both aroma and flavour, it is a really nice beer.

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a fizzy white head. Mild fruity and light cornish aroma. Light fruity and mild sweet initial flavour. Goes into a more bitter flavour towards the finish. Bitter and dry finish, light fruity note into the far finish.

Draught at BBF07 as Demmert Öko-Hell. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable white head. OK flavour, some good yeast notes, slightly rough bitterness. Medium to high bitterness. OK standard Helles.

Bottled. Hazy, pale golden with a small white head. A typical German pilz. Not very interesting. Ok, but no more, no less.

A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty, and so is the flavor, but with clear hop notes.

Bottled. Hazy golden. Fresh dewy nose. Ok mouthfeel - lively and fairly malty. Ok hop backup. Slight bitter finish.

Hazy pale yellow. Thin white diminishing head. Malty, bready aroma with a touch of salt. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Malts in aroma as well, not much else. Slight bitter finish.

Bottle. Quite nice indeed. Nicely bitter and grassy/hoppy. With some soft bready malt, a touch grainy. Very nice.

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden coloured. Quite hoppy on a solid malt base. Bitter and dry finish.
