3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - AUG 15, 2005
(On bottle at RBESG 2005)TopDollr beer in my book; infact I thnk its the best pilsner I´va had. Overmuch barleyaroma, like being at the maltery. Pearls nicely on your tounge, really crisp, with a perfect zing of hops in the finish.

Golden colour, thin white head. Clear, almost overwhelming toffee nose. Sweet flavour, somewhat bitter. Quite big bodied for a pils. Otherwise.....nothing special.

It is warm golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of butterscotch, caramel, malt and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of butterscotch, hay, fruit, straw and light grass. It is a pleasant pilsner.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 hayduke (2933) - Eureka, California, USA - JUL 4, 2006
UPDATED: JUN 21, 2007 There sure a lot of German Pils, and they all seem much the same. That is good, not bad, as most are quite nice to drink. This one was golden yellow with a nice white head, and good lacing. Nose of malts and hops. Slightly bitter finish. OK

An orange beer with a nice head. Both the aroma and the flavor are sweet and primarily hoppy.

Yes, another German pilz. A bit above average but still rather boring.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 omhper (17461) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 25, 2005
Bottled at RBESG. Pale golden. Grassy nose. Very dry with rounded mouthfeel. The flavour and finish is dominated by herbal spices plus diacetyl, and the finish is wormwood-like bitter.
