A black beer with a decent tan head. Aroma of roasty malt, coffee and chocolate. Similar flavours with some burnt toast and fair bitterness. Moderate carbonation and a creamy mouth-feel. Lovely.

Cask @ Alloa Real Ale Festival 2011. Black colour, beige head. Nose is roasted malts, chocolate, bit of saltiness. Flavour is roasted malts, whey, chocolate, salty, bit of liquorice. Slightly sour fruits. Really well done.
