Bottle@home from alesela
slightly hazy pale amber with subtle lemon and redcurrant on the nose. Gentle body, moderate carbonation, shortcake malt and a suggestion of gooseberry hops. At 8 months past the best before probably not a true reflection

Aroma: Biscuit, pineapple, hard candy and a slight metallic hint.

Appearance: Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Average carbonation. Light lacing.

Taste: Lemon, passionfruit and yeast. Subtle spice in the finish. Very tasty.

Palate: Medium body with a very oily texture. Soft carbonation.

Overall: A delicious, bitter, citrussy Pale Ale. Based on this, Im really looking forward to trying more beers from DemonBrew.

[cask at Cloisters Bar, Edinburgh] Dark golden amber beer with a decent, tight white head. Got that slightly zingy kiwi hop nose, but mostly soft biscuity malt on the aroma. Similar flavours as well the sprightly, oily hop is there, but at session levels. Good drinker [11122012]

My last beer sampled for the festival.... General caramel malt base with a good, lively palate (much better than average among UK beers, esp. in the Golden Ale or Bitter style). Bready/yeasty aroma. Golden color (of course.). O.k. (cask at Scottish Real Ale Festival, Edinburgh, June 2012)
