A local favorite. The pale malts, dry hopping and higher alcohol give this unfiltered beer a strong, complex flavor. Be careful, you might get hooked!

On tap @ Dempsey’s. Clear orange pour with a white head. Aroma is nice citrus, grapefruit, and pineapple hop notes. Orange, caramel, and a bit of peach. Flavor is a touch sweet with a lot of fruit character to it. Some caramel, orange, and pineapple. Light grapefruit, maybe some pine bitterness.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours cloudy orange with an off white head. The aroma is strong with berry sweetness. The flavor is berries and caramel, alcohol... a little too sweet and fruity with a lightly bitter finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark gold with an orange center and an eggshell head. Aroma exudes some lemon verbena and candied citrus peel, a touch of wheat. Flavor is a bit light for 7%, mostly a lemon candy profile with a warming finish and a subtle bitterness. Not sure what the objective is here hut I don’t hate it.

Aroma: Pine resin. Appearance; Cloudy light amber/orange with small cream colored head. Flavor: Citrusy with solid sweet/sour malt backdrop. Sourness does not seem to be bacterial or from wild yeast - not unpleasant. Palate: Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation. Overall: Different from any IPA I have had - I like it.

22oz bottle. Amber with a foamy beige head. Aroma of toffee, biscuits and floral/herbal hops. Flavor is rich smooth caramel malt with a light hop bitterness and some alcohol warming. Medium body with a slightly sweet finish. Decent beer but nothing too special.

22oz from 7-11(!) in shaker. Medium amber, bright, with lasting coherent ecru head. Slightly stemmy, sweet citrus, doughy, and mild cookie spice aromas. Flavor is bigly unoffensive, with nice breadcrust and marmalade. Tasty, unoffensive finish with very pleasant balanced toasty crystals, rich body, and moderate American hop load. This doesn’t blaze any new trails, but it’s really well crafted and I can endorse it to anyone.

Pours copper with a big foamy off-white head and good lacing rings. Nose of roasted caramel malt and fruit. Medium in body and smooth in palate. Flavor mirrors the nose, with a bitter finish. Nice drinking and interesting and enjoyable flavors.
