A blonde to gold pils with a thin white head. A light german hops aroma. In mouth, a spot on czech pils with crisp biscuitty malt, lightly herbal malts, mineral notes, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009, as Czech Style Pils.

Draft. Light amber with a cream colored head. Hay and malt aroma. Spice and hay flavor with nice hops. Mediu. Spice and american hops lingering. nice.

Slightly hazy golden with a fizzy white head. Malted barley aroma and tastecwi a dry crisp finish.

Seemed more like a APA, but was labeled and titled as Pilsener. Honey, caramel, sugar in the aroma. Body is gold, with a thin head. Taste is hoppy with floral notes.
