COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our signature beer. We use lots of caramel malt and cascade hops to give this its robust flavor and floral hop finish. This is a great food beer because it stands up to our full flavored and spicy foods.

On tap @ Dempseys poured a clear reddish amber with a minimal amber head. Aromas of carmel and light citrus. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light spice and light citrus with a samooth lightly bitter finish.

This had a nice dark, orangy color with a moderate maltiness in the taste. I found this to be too watery for my liking.

Golden amber color with short head. Light floral nose. Mostly malt profile with just enough hops to finish nicely.

Quick foam on a dark golden glass with amber hues. A touch of a floral aromas and vine, a clean malt and enough bitter to be near perfectly balanced. A bit high in effervescence. Easy soft finish.
