COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our signature beer. We use lots of caramel malt and cascade hops to give this its robust flavor and floral hop finish. This is a great food beer because it stands up to our full flavored and spicy foods.

22 oz. bottle sent by Hayduke. We, and his brother Rick, enjoyed it together via facebook chat. This beer is hazy and tea colored with a soapy orange gold head. Sticky lacing slowly falls down the glass leaving cool patterns. The aroma is grassy and mossy. Only light malt. The flavor is similar except a lot of citrus can be tasted. There is fairly big bitterness. Malt is an undertone. This is a nice beer and seemed to be fairly sessionable.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2011 Shared with Strykzone via Facebook Chat. This beer poured amber with a big soapy off-white lead and a lot of attractive lacing. Nose of floral and grassy hops. Medium body. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavor adds in citrus and lots of bitterness that carries over into the finish.

Bomber from the Whole Foods in Petaluma, CA. Pours clear brilliant copper with a foamy beige head. Smells malty. Tastes malty, with some floral bitter. Arguably a bit spicey. More pleasant than many ambers - has a taste suggesting hoppier brews. And it’s kind of ESB.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2010 On tap at Dempseys. Poors a clear reddish amber color with a small slightly off white head. Light carbonation, light lacing. Slight aroma of hay and spruce. Taste of light caramel maltiness and a moderate, nice floral hoppiness. Good balance, overall a good beer

An amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. A strong caramel aroma, with light c-hops notes. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with little maple notes, nutty, a bit of tangy notes. Interesting ale. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.
