COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Hinsides er en spontangæret øl der er gylden med et svagt rødligt skær. Den har en kraftfuld vinøs aroma, med en markant rustik jordbunden duft fra tyttebærrene. Smagen er ligeledes vinøs, men mere frugtig, let bitter og med et elegant strejf af eg. Den spontane gæring bidrager i øvrigt, med et præg af gård i både smag og aroma.”

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow/golden coloured with a small egg white head. Aromas of yeast, earth, wood and sour berries. Thin and fizzy mouthfeel. Mildly sour and tart flavour with notes of oak, berries and yeast. Weak and onedimensional - creative though.

Has good notes, but is unharmonic. Medium yellow coloured. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Aroma of red berries, sugars. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acid and moderate bitter finish. Dry, creamy texture. Light astringent.

Shared bottle courtesy of tarjei. Clear golden body with a fizzy, short lived, white film. Wood, oak, vinegar, malts, fruit and berries in the aroma. Light sweet and acidic flavour with a mildly unpleasant hint of mushroom. Light to medium body. Juicy. Medium carbonation.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of apple vinegar and wood as well as lighter notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and apples as well as lighter notes of mold and infection, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
