Flasche 50cl. Erfrischend trotzdem.

25cl from tap on Lëtzebuerger Béierfest. It poured a hazy pale yellow in colour with almost no head. Quite watery and not much flavour. Soft carbonation with a bitter end. Quite normal for a witbier. I had some expectations about this beer and I can say that they were far from being fulfilled.

Bottle. A lightly unclear, pale golden beer topped by a small, white head. Lightly chalky and dusty, but mostly fruity on the nose. Some pale malts or wheat shining through. The flavor has a little sourness, as well as a touch of coriander, bitterness and grass. Pale malts too. Not the most successful witbier I’ve had, that’s for sure. 120623
