Jun 14, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Spiced wheaty/spelt corn aroma. Flavour is light yeasty with a mild malt base and a creamy mouthfeel and flavour. Light carbonated feel into the light yeasty finish.

May 18, 2008 Fast disappearing head over hazy orange beer; slight gushing upon opening. Rainwater nose, faint grainy, and oxydized malt notes. Sweet to neutral main taste, slighly old bread flavours, oxydized. And I wonder about the amount of unfermented sugars - a litmus test might be handy? Quite carbonized feel, despite the oxydation and absent head, slick, light to medium bodied. Creamier with the yeast at the end of the bottle. I’m not convinced by this, it could do with some more care.
