Bouteille 75cl @ RBBSG III. Not sure this one is gonna get Cantillon Blauw trade value at DHVL.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, Belgian yeast, and hay. Flavour is very dry and funky, with loads of zest, hay, barnyard notes, and Belgian yeast. Highly drinkable, with a very dry palate with no residual sugars. Excellent.

On tap at Heeren van Liedekercke, pre NvdGD 2014. Leafy aroma, pine green wild roadside herbs, lively fresh nose. Some acidity, witlike, elderberry and citrus zest providing extra freshness. Saison-wit crossover with dry palate. Inventively subtle, simple and sessionable. Oddly reminiscent of only so far gustoed US saison Hennepin.
