thirdeye11 (4093) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 9, 2011
(33cl bottle best by May 2011 thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold with effervescent bubbles. Lasting creamy head. Nose of herbs, coriander, spices, and cinnamon but a bit subdued overall. Taste is salty, bit tart, lemon, cinnamon, earthy, unusual for a witbier. Umami here as well with soft carbonation. Old grain linger.

(bottle, 33cl) Almost cloudy, pale golden colour with a short frothy white head. Distinctively citric (grapefruit, lemon) aroma with notes of coriander and traces of glue. Sour-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a sparkling carbonation. Fruit-accented and wheaty taste with bearable notes of coriander; citric and sour finish with a tinge of coriander. 09.VI.11

Hazy dark orange-brown color, steady off-white head. Metallic, coriander aroma. Light to medum-bodied. Flavor has orange peels, citrus, yeast and coriander. Also some cardoardish and earthy notes, maybe this bottle was a bit past of its prime.
