Bottle, bought @ De Hopduvel, Gent.
Pours lovely clear golden with a large, creamy, white head. Good duration. Aroma has clear curry notes, light chili burn, mild citrus, light mustard seeds. Very spicy. Medium carbonation, quite dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has clear chili burn, curry, light sweet maltiness, citrussy zest. Lingering spicy, herbal and chili burning finish.

Bottle @ Brugs Beertje, Brugge. Slightly unclear yellow to light orange color, medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is light to moderately malty,  orangepeel, yeast, some herbs and a hint of pepper. Taste malts, yeast, herbs or spices, a hint of iron, fruitpeel bitter. Not the flavors I normally like, but they seem to be mixed together quite well in this beer. Medium body, firm carbonation. Not bad.

Purchased at BAB 14 , after tasting the delicious cheese that was made with this beer . Pours unclear blonde/orange, good to small white head Smell is dry grains . Intense, yet typical tripel . carbonation is ok . Taste is very unique, yet very bad . It starts nice, dry, drinkable tripel . Than mustard comes in ( ! ) proving not all ideas are good ideas . On top of that feast, you get like some powder spices which also do NOT belong in a decent beer. And most certainly not this overpowering . Needles to say, It is a drainpour . to bad, it started off nicely. But ceriously , if we’re gonna start putting mustard in beer , we can just as well eat toothpaste and concider THAT normal ....

Slightly cloudy golden colour, lasting foamy head. Aroma and taste are spicy (mustard and fenugreek, so it seems), even a bit smokey and a hint of liquorice, citrus hoppy with a nice bitterness and a little sour tone. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. No big aftertaste, malts, a bit dry. Interesting beer, nicely balanced, not your average tripel.

Yum-yummy!

Golden, hazy, modest white head. Peppery, orange peels, seldery salt gives it a very special nose. Taste is spciy herbal, sparking, CO2 and ends rater quickly. Tad bitter, peppery (with knowing I can taste the mustard, otherwise would not have discovered it.). Very special beer, very nice try, complex, very adventurous, technical correct beer, nothing off. Good for a try.

33cl Bottle from De Hopduvel, Gent. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of fenugreek, soft floral notes, some sweet alcohol. Flavour is also quite spicy from the fenugreek, bit it’s not a refreshing spice, making this clash with the nice citrussy and floral tripel flavours. Medium bodied. Fenugreek and mustard are two things I associate with cheese, not beer. Nice experiment, but never again.
