Mango-yellow head, medium-sized but persistent over amber-mossy beer. Very green hops’ nose, fresh; bit of liquorice and dark malts. Outspoken chopped parsley flavour; very convincing. Dark malts with melanoidins. Well-bodied, quite slick and creamy feel. Excellent and original!

Bit cloudy reddish purple beer, small off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, strawberries, candi sugar, bit of caramel, red fruit candy. MF: low carbon, light to medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, fruity, strawberries, lots of bitterness, wood dry, little sour touch. Aftertaste: bitter grape fruit (peel), grassy, some candy sugar, very dry bitter ending.

Ambrée, col beige.
Arôme malté fruité rouge/noir, léger sucré.
En bouche, typique belge sur un profile houblonné rappelant une ESB et ce léger côté citronnée.
Malt amer procurant une légère pointe de caramel. Le tout reste un mélange subtile entre un houblon amer et un malt amer/doux et une carbonation bien pétillante.

(Bottled) Muddy brown with a small head. Perfumy aroma with anise and licorice. Flavor feels slightly infected, with a bit unpleasant bitterness, caramely malt and anise spiciness. Medium body, quite high CO2. Ok, but not very clean. 4435
