Receding huge white head, leaving rings over golden-orange beer; Pale malts abundant, relieved by some peppery hops, faintly aromatic with green grapes or honeysuckle. Taste is also aromatic, more fine flowery with some toast, going to caramel. Well-attenuated, but a little restsugars all the same. Each new sip yields a bit of the grapey flavour. Warming up, more sweet emerging. Medium bodied, bit slick, CO² obvious. Good tripel, not spectacular.

Draught at ZBF 2010. Cloudy yellow colour, medium off-white head. Fruity nose, with notes of almond paste. Lively Co2. Big fruitiness in flavour with bit of almond paste. Bit alcohol biter and medium bodied.

Hazy dark blond colour. Fresh clean flavour with a honey sweetness and a little dry hop.

Draught at ZBF 2010. Cloudy amber, medium off-white head. Bready and slightly doughy with floral and herbal hops. Medium bodied and smooth. Dry and well balanced.
