Gushing to huge, very fine & dense, just off-white head, clear golden beer, end of bottle solid yeast. Very malty, toasted, caramel, honey - definitely sweet. A maltbomb. Yeast turns (even the nose) more spicy. Again malt/honeyflavours (honingbollen ). The yeast makes it near-bitterish, spicy. Bit sticky, not too much, but it might have some more carbonation (seems the gushing dispersed all the CO²). Not bad by my standards, if certainly a bit too sweet.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, spicy, yeast, light coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruit, yeasty, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20120317]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Grainy malt aroma with yeasty character and some vegetable and fruit notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with some fruit and dark sugar.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and yeast. Flavour is malt, fruit, little sweet, yeast, hops and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a egg white head. Yeasty and fruity nose and flavor. Spicy. A bit of warmth from alcohol. Medium bodied.

Bottle from Den Zytholoog. Golden colour, medium head. Spicy malt aroma. Tastes quite spicy and remains on the sweet side. Rather full-bodied. A good enough session beer.

33cl, at 6.6%Vol, new brew Anno 2010, from De Bierloods Adegem, not complex brew, spicy and fruity, yet easy to drink, balanced, hazy, good head, nice brew

Taste this beer with William @ BAB festival on 11.09.2010. But notcold enough. Almost clear golden color, white head. Aroma bit caramel, good malts, sweet. Medium body. Taste full off malts, some yeast, spice, sweet.

(Bottled) Clear golden with a medium, lacy head (a gusher though). Sweetish, pale-malty, blonde-fruity nose. Pale-malty, fruity flavor, very well balanced with no excess acidity or alcohol. Medium body, medium co2, quite refreshing. A well-made and balanced blonde, as nice as the Koantjesbier. 5445
