3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tan body, ok head. Earthy hop nose with a bready pale malt character. So, too, the body is earthy hoppiness and bready pilsen malt with some wheat fullness. This one is on part American Golden Ale, one part saison, and one part Belgian Golden Ale. A lovely, easy drinking beer with an appreciable complexity.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can:   Smooth beer, lightly hopped, clean, a touch of straw and hay.   Not as bright or hoppy as others, but rather smooth.   I liked this one quite a bit.   Very pale breadiness, but mostly a soft yet thick straw/hay presence.   This is a great quaffer!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
The appearance is a pale golden colored body with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dies leaving some nice sticky foamy lacing in its wake.
The smell has a clean crisp sweet wheat and a little bit of fresh sweet corn.
The taste is mainly sweet through the wheat and corn and combined pretty well done - I like it. It has a sweet wheat aftertaste and dry crisp finish.
The palate is light bodied and is fairly sessionable. Carbonation comes across fairly smooth and I’d say pretty good to me.
Overall, not sure why I’m having this at this time of the year, as I’d say this is good for the style and I guess a nice breakup from winter stouts.

Draft at sb. Definitelya. Cut above most blonds. Pours a clear medium gold with a scant white head and tons of nucleation columns. Light lace. Nice toasty biscuity nose, light grass. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toasty, grassy mid palate. Mild finish. Refreshing. Quite nice.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draft: Poured a golden color with white head. Aroma was very light and although not unpleasant was more non-existent. Taste was similar with light hops and grain.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Light yellow gold. Yeasty, bread aroma with an herbatious note. Creamy palate...it was the end of the keg so this might misrepresent the brew.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at brewery: Surprisingly tasty blond/golden ale -- better than most out there. Light gold with a slight haze; good lace. Sweet, beery nose. Crisp texture. Clean, light and easy to drink. Sweet malt flavors with hints of honey, clove-like spices and herbs, and flowers. Balanced bitterness.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap @ Chair 5, Girdwood. Hazy light golden with a small white head. Light aroma of crackers, corn and some herbal hops. Flavor is some light malt, very light bitter and an astringent finish. Light body with average carbonation and a slightly watery mouth feel. The astringency really comes out in this one since it’s so light, maybe an off batch or old keg?
