jerc (3210), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 10, 2003 Jan 2001 - I got a sampler which included this. It was pretty good. Very nice, fairly sweet. Not as fruity as the Holsten Festbock dhurtubise (569), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Jan 4, 2003 YUMMMY Bock!!! Mike does it again!!!! It is impossible to have a bad beer here. This beer is another increadibly wonderful offering by the Denison’s Brewery. Big malt character with Vienna malt coming through in droves. It is more heavily hopped than the classics and I like this a lot as it give this resounding play with the malt and hops that you only find in rare beers although it is common from this brewer. Denisons is a required stop for any Rate Beerian, beer amateur and german who sets foot anywhere neer the city of Toronto.
