Canned. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized cremy white head. Aroma is wheat, some mild spices, yeast as well as some slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is being quite much the same. Actually a very pleasant Hefeweizen.

Can at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Someone told me this is the highest rated weisse beer on this site? Is that right? Surely not? Smells like a Belgian wit beer. Not as good as say regular Schneider Weisee. It’s fine, but more a lemony wit that a German Hefe. Not the best wheat beer ever. Not overly soapy but falls for me more into a Belgian wit style than the German hefe style, it’s that bland.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 argo0 (9034) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 22, 2002
Unfiltered yellow, nice head. Banana malty aroma. Mild and sweet, this is an easy drinking summer beer, just as the Germans who created this style intended.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 hopscotch (7289) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 2, 2003
UPDATED: JAN 22, 2008 Bottle... RBSG2003... Murky, deep golden brew. White, creamy, lasting head.
The aroma holds banana and clove. Imagine that! Ok, ok, bubblegum too.
The flavor is spicey and refreshing. Tart and tangy. Well-balanced.
Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, dry finish. As a rule, I’m not BIG on wheat beers, but I really like this one!
