Wow! I finally had a chance to try this fantastic beer at Pure Spirits. Hopefully they will bottle it in the future for distribution through the LCBO.
Pours a nice hazy, cloudy golden. Off-white lace. Aroma of sweet bananas. Very intoxicating in that regard.
Fantastic flavour. Sour and fruity.
I'm really looking forward to drinking this beer again!

Murkey yellow in colour with a huge banana aroma. Flavour is of wheat, banana and is quite sweet. This is a great summer beer.

thanks to jerc for the can! Pours light gold and CLEAR! Is this filtered? thin white head. Aroma is big wheat, clean grass malt notes and a little spicing but not so much clove, more like nutmeg or pumpkin spices. Flavor is really good and saves the day. It actually tastes like a cross between a light helles and a weissen. Light grainy notes of hay and crackers with some wheat coming forward and a crisp finish of light clove spice. Not bad.

On tap - Beer Bistro: Perhaps it was the candle light, but this was a beautiful, glowing yellow-orange body, simply superb looking, a pure frothy white head. Nose of yeast and wheat, some banana in there too. A delightful wheat flavour, fruit (bananas, papaya) and yeast, just lovely. This summer will be awesome, sitting on a patio or in a beergarden (or on a certain ratebeerians balcony) supping a Denisons Weissbier.

Ratebeer Fest 2003: Poured a cloudy dark yellow with dissipating white head. Light banana notes and seems a bit thin in the finish. Doesn't match up to New Glarus' Solstice. No comparison.

Bu en fut (20 oz) à Volo (Toronto) le 9/7/08. Jaune blanchie bien brumeuse, petit collet. Arome de blé malté, épice sucré, banane et lilac. Goût de blé et d’agrume, un peu d’épice et d’herbe, très doux et plaisant. La plus aromatisé et la plus savoureuse des hefes que j’ai dégusté!
