Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Another daft Dent pumpclip. Don’t ask. But the beer was good. Gold with a small white head. Malty aroma. Sweet taste with delicious fruity sourness. Some bitterness. Another fairly ordinary brew that somehow hits the mark.

Cask, Burton Winter Fest 07. Golden with a small head. Aromas are melon and light malts with some caramel. A bit damp. Flavours are melon and strawberry with sweet biscuit malts. Buttery on the palate. Seems a bit sweaty and damp. Probably not in the best nick.
