Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy dark yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast and banana. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, banana, medium sweet and clove.

It’s uncelar golden with a creamy head, and a pronounced aroma of barnyard and light yeast. The flavour has notes of barnyard and vinegar – Yuck, an infected beer....

Cloudy golden colour with small white head. Yeast, mild sourness, wheat, mild sweet banana and caramel in aroma. Flavour is strange combination of sourness, yeast and wheat. Some sour fruitiness and caramel sweetness also present. Sour for a Hefeweizen.

The beer in the glass is very cloudy and ocher-yellow. It smells very sourish, yeasty and citrus fruity. Starts very sour, yeasty-fruity, slightly creamy in the background. Themiddle part has nice fruit flavors, again pleasantly sourish, banana and clove aroma in the background. Goes into a fruity-sweet finish with a lot of yeast and banana! Very nice german HW!

Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, clove, fruity. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeast, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle. A dense, off-white head of two-finger size forms over an unclear, golden-orange body. Oranges, lemonpeel, banana and bubble gum on the nose. Not much cloves. The flavor is dominated by banana and bubblegum, with a lightly grassy touch. Some bitterness. Medium body, smooth, dry. Some bitterness in the end. A beer that starts a bit boring, but the flavor isn’t all bad. 111126

Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Banana, wheat and yeast. Phenolic with some heavy banana and a slight acidic note. Medium bodied.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma is fruity sticky, almost glueish with similar sweet bun aroma than in dirty taps. Medium-bodied. Sweet overriped banana, yeast, some sourish notes, light earthy note in the finish. Quite unclean weizen.

Hefig-nelkiger Geruch, Melone und Birne. Startet hefig-nelkig. Mitte nelkenwürzig und hefig. Hefebitterer Abgang, würziger Nachhall. Leider etwas eintönig.
