More of an herbal, lightly fruity wheat ale - much like their other saison, there is not a lot of character from the yeast, which is why this one is laden with adjuncts as well - they work well - the peach serves as a tart compliment to the spicy hops - good, just not all that saison-like. 747313

On tap at a couple of places in Denver. I really enjoyed this one. Pours with a hazed yellow to orange body with a small white head. Great lace. Aromas are estery and hugely fruit (stone fruit, peaches and hints of tropical fruit). Light vanilla and a hint of phenol. Flavors of guava, stone fruit, peaches, mango, estery, tangerine and dried apricot. Dry, medium to light bubbles. Very nice.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is farmhouse yeast with meal and cereal malt, light hops, spices and banana esters. Flavor is light citrus, coriander, malt, farmhouse yeast and a dry finish. Medium-light body, low warmth, medium carbonation.

On tap at Denver Beer poured a hazy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, light peach and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, light peach, light banana and a hint of spice with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

On tap at brewery. Hazy bright gold with a unique spicy peach aroma. Fruity aroma with a slightly funky yeasty pale malt aroma--love it! Flavor has a nice soft palate with a full flavor and modestly lingering finish. Delightful flavor of peaches, fruity Belgo yeast funk (which is just a little too sharp), ending on a dryish pale malt tone with a finish of peachy Belgo funk. A marvelous peach ale, but not an incredible saison. But a good beer, guidelines be damned.
