Dark clear amber with a thin sticky off beige head. Typical but delightful aroma of sweet toffee with a touch of caramel and crystal malts. Sweet earthy caramel flavor with a dry and subtle hop bitterness, a little toffee, and just the slightest hint of lemon citrus.

On tap at Denver Beer poured a clear reddish amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, graininess and a hint of fruittiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel and earthiness with a smooth lingering earthy finish.
