Much like their other saisons, not very saison-like, but this one has the most character from the yeast - fairly sweet, poorly attenuated - quite a bit of overripe banana and clove in the mix with some lightly peppery phenols - finish and semi-oxidized apple flesh, pepper, bubblegum and sugar - almost tastes like they used hefe yeast - meh.

On tap at Denver Beer poured a clear golden amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of peppermint, bread, light clove and light yeast. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, peppermint, light clove and a hint of fruittiness with a crisp dry lingering peppermint finish.

Lemongrass on nose and belgiany yeast. Pretty, slightly cloudy golden yellow. Solid saison with clean, slightly sweet citrus finish. Almost got a growler, but they had the Graham Cracker Porter. Too bad this is a seasonal.

Tap @ Denver Beer with Jetson. Hazy golden appearance with a white head. Fairly fruity, moderately spicy peppery, yeasty, dull straw, pale malty aroma. Really weird minty, herbal, spruce, spicy yeasty, obscure spicy flavor. Not palatable at all. I really can’t stand this one at all

Hazy dark gold with a small white receding head. Aroma of bubblegum, strong farm funk, and blonde cereal grains. Taste was much the same and too carbonated--prickly. Flavors of bright light fruits, blonde malts, and funky bubblegum.
