COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopheads! Here you go! At 45 International bittering units, Cascade hops dominate our full-bodied Pale Ale. We use a touch of malted wheat and a dash of Carastan barley malt to fortify against the hop’s sharpness.

Draft at airport location. Orange gold with a lasting quarter-inch of creamy foam. Faint nose of caramel, florals and citrus. Faint taste of all that plus some toast. Near-medium body is tingly with medium carbonation and well-balanced. Tasted good with some spicy food, but didn’t stand up too well on its own.

On tap at the Airport. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet floral hops and biscuit. The flavor reveals more infection; sweet butter, light floral hops. I guess they don’t care at all about quality control.

Sledutah (4682) - Utah, USA - OCT 10, 2011
On tap at DIA, GABF weekend
Appearance: Clear golden with a small white head, no lacing
Aroma: Pale malts, citrus and caramel
Taste: The goodness ended after the aroma; Buttery and fusel alcohol
The aroma and appearance was promising. I’ll try it again and rerate next time I get to Denver airport.

BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - SEP 11, 2010
Draft @ Chophouse, DEN Airport: Amber clear color with a light head and average lacing. The nose has a nice light hop note (simcoe?) with some pine and subtle grapefruit, some other citrus fruit and distant lotiony note. Malty body and a clean mouthfeel. Not quite as dry hopped as I’d like on a pale ale but it comes across fairly tasty.
