Hopheads! Here you go! At 45 International bittering units, Cascade hops dominate our full-bodied Pale Ale. We use a touch of malted wheat and a dash of Carastan barley malt to fortify against the hopís sharpness.

This is obviously a beer that had only been tried by those who know that this place exists. A great berr drinkerís beer. The bitterness of it compliments the aroma and clarity. It comes together in nice and perfect beverage that should definitely be consumed in a "BIG ASS GLASS" but only on those sepcific nights.

There is some soapy webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus, fruit, and a hint of caramel. He finish has light grapefruit and a touch of pine. Itís light bodied with light-moderate carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel.

On tap at the Airport location. Light golden in color with an average off-white head. Aroma is of grass, grain, herbal hops with light citrus and floral notes. Taste is of an herbal/grass/green matter variety. They say Cascade is used; perhaps they donít use the freshest hops or the keg was not a fresh one, because I get none of the floral or citrusy notes associated with Cascade. A moderate bitterness is there with a heavy dose of grain notes.

On tap at DIA chophouse. Pours golden color with moderate white head. Aroma is light citrus and pine. Taste is hop forward with some pine. Moderate bitterness. Overly carbonated. Not bad for an airport bar... Had to drop this overall since it was 10.50 for a 20oz pour. Not worth that!

On tap @ Denver Chophouse. Orange in color with a white head. Nose is fresh orange and tangerine. Some pine, floral hops, and sweet bread. Nice citrusy flavor. Good orange character, a light malt sweetness, and a light pine bitterness on the finish.

Impressed. Slight hoppy aroma with a malty background. Dark golden color with off-white head. Very hoppy presence with a crisp dry finish. Refreshing with a light to medium weight. Would go well with most foods.

On tap at the Denver airport. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a mild and musty pine note with a hint of grapefruit and grain. Flavor has perfumey pine with a touch of citrus and bread backbone.

Shaker pint draft at the Denver ChopHouse at DIA, Denver, Colorado. The pour is clear golden copper with a white head. The aroma is fresh citrus and resin hop, along with cracker malt. The taste is the nose, fresh and tasty. The hops are evident right off, citrus, resin and pleasant bitterness. Cracker malt more present and balanced as the beer warmed.

Clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma is dank-ish with a touch of weed and floral citrus rind and loads of earthiness for a pale ale. Flavor is bitter and dank, with earthy floral hop bitterness mixing with pine and BO.
