On tap @ Denver Chophouse. Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Caramel, toast, and toffee aromas. Nice bread, some earth, and dough. Minimal hop aromas. Flavor is sweet toffee, caramel, and bread. Tons of toast and dough. Some fruit esters and a touch of floral hops.

Draft at brewpub. Pours reddish amber with off white head. Nose and taste of grain, caramel malt and light grass. Lighter medium body.

Clear red amber with a persistent and small white laceful head. Smell is mossy and earthy, albeit a little light. Flavor is a bit light bit full of lighter-palate toffee malt sweetness, Irish peat moss, and light biscuitiness. Somewhat bland overall.

Pour on tap at DIA, dark red pour with slightly off white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, slight spice, hint of grass, some off mineral note as well. Taste was mineral water, some slight bittersweet toffee with some grass and earth, finishing fairly sweet and pretty watery. Eh.
