Clear red amber with a persistent and small white laceful head. Smell is mossy and earthy, albeit a little light. Flavor is a bit light bit full of lighter-palate toffee malt sweetness, Irish peat moss, and light biscuitiness. Somewhat bland overall.

Pour on tap at DIA, dark red pour with slightly off white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, slight spice, hint of grass, some off mineral note as well. Taste was mineral water, some slight bittersweet toffee with some grass and earth, finishing fairly sweet and pretty watery. Eh.

Theoretically Irish in style. Red-tinger amber. Thin head. Caramelly aroma and taste. Malt-accented. But tastes like heavier, less-subtle American malts.
