Quickly fading white foam tops the pale golden hue. A nicely aromatic ale as is often the case with Derby Brewing. Citrusy and freshly bready nose. Crisp and well carbonated offering that manages to be both tasty and refreshing. Polished example that stays unpretentious.

Cask Handpump at the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield 17/08/2007 Hop aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and a little pale. Creamy and smooth on the palate with some bitterness in the finish.
