UPDATED: JUL 28, 2009 1. Cask Handpump at the Winding Wheel, Chesterfield Beer Festival 02/02/2008 Vegetable and slight roast aromas. Small bubbly white head. Dark red coloured and a little rich on the palate with a vegetable flavour. Some bitterness in a crisp lasting roast finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Old Harkers Arms, Chester 08/03/2008 Small beige head. Fruit and malt aromas. Dark red coloured smooth on the palate and fruity with a dry and slightly bitter roast malt finish.
