Cask Stillage at the Roundhouse, Derby 26/02/2011 Fruit and hop aromas. Clear golden coloured floral and hoppy with a hint of dryness in a slightly creamy malt finish.

Clear light medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, ripped citrus, overripped citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, ripped citrus acidic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110430]
