Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.

Clear medium orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, malty, dusty, light roasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110429]

Cask, Cow & Plough, Stoughton. Golden brown with a fluffy foam. Aromas are toast malts with woody notes and some nuttiness. Peppery, earthy hops. Flavours are bitter grapefruit and paracetomol with underlying sweet citrus. Peppery and dry on the finish. OK.
