Cask (handpump) @ Fat Cat, 23 Alma Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8SA.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, white nuts - earthy, wood - bark notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100427]

Cask: Pale golden to dolden, creamy stable white head; slight grainy and lemony nose; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering zesty-bitter finish with a light tartness in the aftertaste. Unspectacular, but still good.....

Bottle. Golden as you would expect.Some hops with a dry bitter finish that gradually creeps in. Well bottled and all round quite nice.
