Cask - The Market Porter, London. A clear, golden bodied beer with a creamy & lasting off-white head generating a fullish lace. Lemon aromas with some background apple bite to begin with that smooths to honey & caramel. Perhaps some orange in there too. Citrus flavours, some yeast & a healthy pale malt sweetness. A good citrus & grassy hop bitterness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel, light body with a fair length to the finish.

Cask, The Badger Bar, Rydal. Thin white head, light gold body. Dusty hops, (Goldings?), peanuts, fruity, citric. Bitter, Dry finish. Outstanding lacing.

Cask Handpump at the Ship & Mitre, Liverpool 05/12/2002 Amber golden coloured sweet on the palate and slightly pale with a lasting hop finish.
