Drank on tap (12 oz) at Saint-Graal (Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec) on May 18, 2012. Black, medium beige head. Slightly sweet oats aroma, hints of coffee. Fruity barley taste, hints of cocoa aftertaste of bitter coffee. A rich and robust stout, well done!

Créature superbe avec une chute d’effervescence typique aux dry stout, spectaculaire comme je l’ai rarement vu. En bouche c’est une richesse qui perdure avec le profil malté très chocolaté et rôti. Belle surprise.

on tap at brewpub. nitro. pitch black with a very nice creamy dark beige head, excellent retention and lacing. tons of roastiness, hint of smoke and sweetness, vanilla, lots of coffee. very soft carbonation, full body, nice bittering coffee finish. very nice offering!
