En fût à la MDBP. Couleur brune, rousse, mousse beige pâle. Arôme de caramel et malt. En bouche, malt, un peu d’herbes et finale avec un mélange de caramel et herbes. Très bonne.

On tap at Bateau de Nuit. Brownish-red pour with white head. Aroma is super malty, lots of nuts, brown sugar, light roastiness, good aroma. Taste is malty but not that sweet, walnuts, molasses, toast. Palate is smooth, medium bodied with light carbonation. Not my favorite style of beer but this is very clean and tasty.

on tap at brewpub. clear dark copper-red with a decent light beige head, some retention. nutty, fruity, big fatty grassy hops and light acidity. light body, short but present grassy-citrusy finish, average carbonation. more than decent irish red.
