COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Point de rencontre entre marchands de tout l’Europe médiévale, Troyes coeur de l’Aube est une citée religieuse d’exception et était une cité brassicole. La Belle Auboise est une bière artisanale de fermentation haute, non filtrée, non pasteurisée, et dotée d’un équilibre subtil d’amertune et de couceur aromatique. Cette bière est le premier fruit d’une travail en commun entre un cidrier et un brasseur.

Spicy nose, orange and coriander. Light yeast and mild hops. Honey and flowers. Cloudy golden amber with lots of particulates. Thin off-white lacing head. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Starts with light sweetness and spicy notes. Orange zest, coriander, clove. Reminds me of fall and holiday candles. Finish is light sweet with some bitter. Malts and some sweetness present throughout, with a nice rounded spicy dry complement. After is mild and dry.
